Our Commitment to Cleanliness & Care
Cleanliness, careful service and guest comfort are important to us.
Our team works to maintain a clean salon environment and follows appropriate sanitation practices for tools, work areas, manicure stations and pedicure areas.
If you have any allergies, sensitivities, injuries, or nail or skin concerns, please let your technician know before your service begins so we can determine the most appropriate way to assist you.
Gel Color Touch-Ups
If a gel color chips or peels within 7 days of your service, please contact us.
We may provide one complimentary touch-up using the same color after reviewing the service.
This does not apply to damage caused after the service, broken nails, normal wear, or a requested color or design change.
Service Concerns & Resolutions
If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us promptly.
We will review the concern and work with you on an appropriate resolution. Refunds and corrections are handled based on the circumstances of the service.
We appreciate the opportunity to address any concern directly and help make your experience better.
Pricing
Service prices may vary depending on factors such as nail length, nail shape, product removal, nail art or design complexity, additional treatments or add-ons, and the condition of the existing nails.
Our team will explain additional charges before proceeding whenever possible.
If you have any questions about pricing, please ask before your service begins.
Appointments & Late Arrivals
We recommend arriving on time for your scheduled appointment so we can provide your full service without rushing.
If you arrive late, we may need to adjust the service, shorten the appointment, or reschedule when necessary to avoid delaying other guests.
If you need to change your appointment, please contact us as early as possible.
Walk-ins are welcome based on technician availability.
Cancellation Policy
To respect our technicians’ time and appointment availability, please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 1 hour before your scheduled service.
Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled appointment and no-shows will result in the appointment deposit being non-refundable.
If you arrive too late for your scheduled appointment and we are unable to provide the service without affecting other guests, the appointment may be treated as a no-show, and the deposit may be forfeited.
If you cancel or reschedule 1 hour or more in advance, the late-cancellation/no-show penalty does not apply.
The deposit is not an additional service charge. For completed appointments, the deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the service, and the remaining balance will be due after the service is completed.
